Purpose?
Is there any information on the purpose of a separate wiki for the Wikimedia API when mediawiki.org exists? The link to API Portal:About in the footer goes to a page that does not exist (which might tell something). 1234qwer1234qwer4 (talk) 19:25, 16 December 2020 (UTC)
- Hi, @1234qwer1234qwer4! I've added a redirect to Community/About, which provides some information about the site. The primary reason for a separate wiki was to use a design that resembles popular API documentation sites. --APaskulin (WMF) (talk) 01:52, 17 December 2020 (UTC)

Editing restricted
It seems like editing is restricted to just the talk namespace(s) (I can't even edit my user page!). This should probably be noted on the Main Page. Koavf (talk) 18:01, 11 April 2024 (UTC)
